Owned for a few years by real estate agent John MItchell, whose wife Mabel (nee Filman) died in June 1915. From 1919 the home of G. H. (Harry) Nicholson, a lumber agent, his wife Mary, and Gordon Nicholson, a millman and mechanic. Harry and Gordon worked at A. S. Nicholson Lumber. After Harry's death in 1935, sold to Mabel (nee Dalton), wife of Fred Davis Ghent. From 1954, owned by Thomas and Isabel McKeen,a grand-daughter of Burlington master builder George Blair.
