In 1908 Gage sold Lots 33, 34, 35, 36, and 37 (to Caroline Street) to Alfred Haley. 1909 Polling List: H. J. Blair, age 28, Telephone Operator, Corner Caroline St & Hager Ave. (See also the LePatourel properties on Hager Ave.) In 1911 Charles F. Coleman bought Lots 33, 34, and 35, and built the house for Frank Coleman (now 532 Hager) in the following year. In 1913 he sold this lot to James Henry Coleman, who mortgaged the property to build this house in 1914. In 1919 it was bought by Henry Blair & his wife. 1919 Sewerage Works Plan it is shown as owned by H. Blair, Lot 35. 1919 Voters List: H. J. Blair, Clerk, & Mary K. Blair, MW, Lot 35, Hager 1924 GOAD Map: 25 Hager 1927 Voters List: H. J. Blair, Manager, Mrs Mary Blair, MW, & Gordon Blair, Student, Lot 35, 25 Hager 1928 Burlington Directory (January): H. J. Blair, Boarder, 25 Hager In 1957 it passed to Arabella Blair; in 1965 to ... Peterson. The present owner is George Wheeler. ARCHITECTURE: A one-and-a-half storey bungalow in vernacular Craftsman style, clad in buff stretcher-bond brick on the first level with cedar shingles (replacement) on the side gables and the large front shed-roofed dormer. The dormer has two double 6/1 wood sash windows. The enclosed verandah has grouped windows between the brick pillars. Original wooden storm door. ENVIRONMENT: USABILITY: INTEGRITY: Replacement cedar shingles, verandah enclosure and skylight.
