ARCHITECTURE: A one-and-a-half storey frame structure clad with Johns Mansville shingles. Attractive symmetrical building with two stilted-gable front dormers. An entrance vestibule under a gabled roof has been added; the door is at the side. Wood sash 3/1 windows are grouped in twos at the upper level, 8-paned casement windows in groups of three at the first level, all with the original storm covers. ENVIRONMENT: Attractive landscaping includes mature trees front and back, hedge front fence, and perennials. USABILITY: Parking is on the street. The back lane may also have space for parking.
