(Thomas's house, \"Inverness\", had been previously owned by the Chisholm family.) William owned another Farms and Farminghouse at 1076 King Road and also operated the toll gate at Campbell's Corners. In addition William and Thomas operated two brickyards and two sawmills. In the 1970s this was the McKaig property.
