C. and M. C. Smith. Gage sold Lots 38, 39, and 40 to Robert John Torrance Allan in 1910. These subdivision lots fronted on to Hager Avenue, but in 1918/19 three houses (1359, 1361, and 1365) were built on part lots fronting on to Caroline Street.
