The roof extends forward to become the roof of the former verandah which is now enclosed. A two-sided raised bay at the east side probably lights the stair landing. The squared bay at the west side has a hipped roof. ENVIRONMENT: Originally identical to its neighbour at 2292 Lakeshore. USABILITY: INTEGRITY: Reclad with modern siding. The verandah has been enclosed with large multi-paned fixed windows and shutters.
