The house has been owned and maintained by the Colling - Coulson descendants for more than 130 years. It was identified as a Century Farms and Farming in 1967. \"This is the Farms and Farming where my maternal grandparents, Eddie Coulson and Ella Gunby, began their married life. My mother, Eleanor Coulson Coulter, was born in this house (in 1912) as were her seven brothers and sisters. My Aunt Irma (widow of Howard Coulson) still resides in this house today.
