There the house is dated to the mid 1800s. ARCHITECTURE: A two-storey brick structure. The windows have segmental arches and are 2/1 wood sash with radiating voussoirs and stone sill. The front door has segmental head with transom and arched sidelights. ENVIRONMENT: Landscaped with mature trees, situated on elevated ground, on a double lot at the corner of Torrance Street. USABILITY: Adapted for reuse as a combined residence and medical office with ample parking.
