The board and batten addition at the rear [and] the light coloured brick [were] added to the building at that time. The high arched windows are of particular interest and grace. ... The concrete entry stoops with tiny handrails were typical of the scale associated with buildings of this period.The weep holes let into the brick face are of interest. This practice is still valid, but the holes are much smaller. -- R. S.
