ARCHITECTURE: A two-and-a-half-storey brick structure with a high hipped roof and offset pedimented gable. The gable is clad with fish-scale shingles and has a plain boxed cornice. The large windows under the pedimented gable are simpler in style than its neighbour, and the veranda extends across the front elevation. ENVIRONMENT: Professionally designed and maintained landscaping in traditional style. Large black walnut tree at the rear. USABILITY: INTEGRITY: Well maintained. Well-designed and constructed rear addition clad with board and batten.
