Annie White was nee Gilmartin. Several of the Whites' grandChildren and youth were born in this house, which was located at the west side of a road running south from what is now LaSalle Park Road, and was one of two houses provided for park employees. Both houses were originally built for the families of employees of the Brown family. The park, originally Wabasso Park, was part of Hamilton until 1958. It is still owned by the City of Hamilton and rented to Burlington for a \"peppercorn\" rent of $1 per year. Circa 1948 / 1949, the Neville family lived in this caretaker's house. It was demolished in the 1950s."},{"label":"Contributor","value":"Ralph Iles"},{"label":"Creator","value":"Unknown"},{"label":"Date","value":"Summer 1934"},{"label":"Date (EDTF)","value":"D:00 M:00 Y:1934"},{"label":"Title","value":"Richard and Annie White with nine of their grandChildren and youth, La Salle Park, 1934"},{"label":"Repository","value":["Burlington Historical Society"]}],"description":"Richard and Annie White with nine of their grandChildren and youth, La Salle Park, 1934","sequences":[{"@type":"sc:Sequence","canvases":[{"@id":"https://iiif.quartexcollections.com/qstarter29/iiif/57e44a7d-5e9c-4cf7-9cb1-6f77280a1598/canvas/_1","@type":"sc:Canvas","label":"Richard and Annie White with nine of their grandChildren and youth, La Salle Park, 1934","height":1105,"width":1600,"images":[{"@type":"oa:Annotation","motivation":"sc:painting","resource":{"@id":"https://iiif.quartexcollections.com/qstarter29/iiif/57e44a7d-5e9c-4cf7-9cb1-6f77280a1598/full/full/0/default.jpg","@type":"dctypes:Image","format":"image/jpeg","service":{"@context":"http://iiif.io/api/image/2/context.json","@id":"https://iiif.quartexcollections.com/qstarter29/iiif/57e44a7d-5e9c-4cf7-9cb1-6f77280a1598","profile":"http://iiif.io/api/image/2/level2.json","tiles":[{"width":512,"scaleFactors":[1,2,4]}]},"height":1105,"width":1600},"on":"https://iiif.quartexcollections.com/qstarter29/iiif/57e44a7d-5e9c-4cf7-9cb1-6f77280a1598/canvas/_1","metadata":[]}],"thumbnail":{"@id":"https://iiif.quartexcollections.com/qstarter29/iiif/57e44a7d-5e9c-4cf7-9cb1-6f77280a1598/full/500,500/0/default.jpg","@type":"dctypes:Image","height":500,"width":500}}]}],"thumbnail":"https://iiif.quartexcollections.com/qstarter29/iiif/57e44a7d-5e9c-4cf7-9cb1-6f77280a1598/full/500,500/0/default.jpg","logo":"https://iiif.quartexcollections.com/qstarter29/iiif/logo"}
