The pattern of the columns is symmetrical, with pairs at the corners and single columns flanking the entry stairs, but the entry offset to the right. This syncopated symmetry is an example of the inventiveness found in so many of Burlington's bungalows.\" A one-and-a-half storey Craftsman Style frame bungalow, clad with wood shingles. Painted with what may be the original Muskoka-type colour scheme: brown with white trim (compare 2358 Lakeshore Road). The large front gable projects to form a veranda. The wide eaves are supported by large wood brackets on the front and smaller paired brackets at the sides. The lower edge of the front gable has a dentillated course at the facia, and is supported by single and paired squared and tapered posts on tapered supports. The narrow sash windows are grouped in threes on the other side of the front entrance.
