Shown on the 1924 GOAD Map. ARCHITECTURE: A large two-storey brick structure with an almost flat roof that slants slightly to the rear. The second level of the front elevation has eight 8/1 wood-sash windows with segmental heads, brick voussoirs and end-brick relief sills. The lower level has been altered, but has two similar windows. ENVIRONMENT: A landmark building in this area. USABILITY: Renovated in 1989 for commercial use. INTEGRITY: The renovation was well designed. Before pictures are needed. The pediment with closed oculus is a new addition. The dentillated cornice is also new. The recessed window openings are new or adaptations from the original.
