The high hipped roof with wide eaves has an offset pedimented gable enclosing a small Palladian window. This gable is above a narrower two-level projection with large windows. A semi-octagonal bay above the original front entrance door with its decorative appliqued wood carving. A first-level bay window on the Hurd Avenue side. ENVIRONMENT: New landscaping on this cormer lot, after the removal of an old maple tree. USABILITY: Multiple residence. INTEGRITY: Replacement entrance porch with a flat roof with metal supports. Large rear addition; side Florida-room addition by fenced-in swimming pool.
