Ault in 1966; to Terry & Diane Boston in 1982; to Paul & Wilma Gresham in 1985. ARCHITECTURE: A two-and-a-half storey front-gabled brick structure in Ontario Vernacular style. The gable has a decorated boxed cornice, double lip gablets top and bottom (?), and a inward curved wall, clad with serrated and plain shingles to recessed double mullioned wood sash windows. This gable treatment is comparable to 1441 Caroline Street, which is dated 1910 or 1912. ENVIRONMENT: Good planting on front lawn. USABILITY: INTEGRITY: Large second-level rear addition and side dormers in 1993 (apparently with no building permit application). Replacement shutters. The replacement front porch has a small pedimented gable roof with plain and serrated shingles, supported by squared posts. The original full-front verandah was proabably similar to that on 1441 Caroline Street. The porch railing has a curved balustrade. Aluminum storm windows and doors and replacement windows. The brick was cleaned in 1982.
