The end-gabled roof is broken by a high pitched gabled dormer supported by corner brackets. Six-over-one wood sash windows with dressed stone sills. A fine pendant to the neighbouring cobblestone house at 3077 Lakeshore Road and a strong contributor to the heritage quality of all the houses from Flatt's Craftsman Style development of the Pine Cove Survey. USABILITY: INTEGRITY: Aluminum storm covers.
