ARCHITECTURE: A two-and-a-half storey Edwardian vernacular-style building clad with stretcher-bond brick on a rubble foundation. The high pitched front gable roof has a side offset gable over a slightly projecting wing. All building openings have segmental arches with radiating voussoirs and dressed stone sills. ENVIRONMENT: Original large coachhouse on laneway at rear. USABILITY: INTEGRITY: The brick has been cleaned. Aluminum siding on the gables. Replacement windows. The full front verandah has been replaced with an unroofed porch.
