An unidentified man, perhaps undertaker Edward Williamson, stands by the hitching post in front of the house. The alley of trees was planted circa 1908. The road is unpaved; the granolithic sidewalks were installed in 1907. An original hydro pole stands on the left side of the road.,BRANT ST. W. [sic] / BURLINGTON ONT. in white , lower left corner. In pencil on the reverse of BHS original postcard: \"Smith Funeral Home / Edward Williamson / East side Brant\".,The Henderson house (now 485 Brant Street) was sold in 1938 to Wilbert J.
