The Oliver House HISTORY: Built in 1920 for Frederick Oliver Plan 623 was registered by Stanley Mills in 1918. This may be an older house; it had an original well. Lot 7 was bought in 1918 by Emily & Edward Loosley [or owned earlier?]; in 1920 this part was sold to Frederick Oliver, a foreman (probably at the National Fireproofing Company of Canada / Natco Clay Products). In 1929 it passed from his estate to his widow Hagar and his son Charles, a book-keeper. 1923 School Section # 2 roll: Fred T. Oliver age 52, Foreman, Hager age 53, married woman, Charles L. age 24, Book-keeper 1925: Oliver In 1941 to Charles Oliver.
