Father Fogarty was one of those great Holy Cross priest-professors who touched the lives of so many people in so many ways…. In the 1950s Father Fogarty was inspired to begin a chapel fund with family money which he had inherited. His vision was a chapel to attract students, faculty and visitors to the worship of God.
