We have partially solved the problem by initiating a new type of binding which can be done in the library by student assistants. It is a simple process involving the use of a book press, cardboard binders and a new plastic adhesive…. All periodicals are now being bound in this type of binding. …In 1953-54, 328 volumes were added to the Library’s collection by this method.
