Columbia Hall was originally positioned on the west side of the University Library and housed Columbia Preparatory from 1946-1949 until the high school moved off-campus. After Columbia Prep vacated the building, Columbia Hall was used for classroom and offices, including AFROTC. In 1977, Columbia Hall was moved next to Chemistry Annex (near the Engineering building) and renovated for its new occupants, International Students Association. Later, personnel and purchasing and auxiliary services resided in Columbia Hall until it was demolished in 1996. This Columbia Hall sign was one of two building signs posted on its northwest and southeast corners."},{"label":"Physical Description","value":"White rectangle shaped wooden sign; painted white with black letters and black border.
