Rancho Malibu extended about 22 miles from Las Flores Canyon in the east to Sequit Point in the west. This booklet includes photographs of the property from this period along with captions describing the area's qualities. The booklet concludes with some \"pertinent factors\" about Rancho Malibu and a likening of Malibu to famous Mediterranean coastal communities. The booklet was prepared by C.
