It reads, in part: THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT I, the undersigned, a female about to enjoy sexual intercourse with................................... am above the age limit, am in my right mind and not under the influence of any drug or narcotic, neither does he have to use any force, threats or promises to influence me. I am in no fear of him whatsoever, do not expect him to or want him to marry me nor I marry him, I don't know whether he is married or not, nor do I care.
