The program provides Hostess Houses in Army Camps, where soldiers can meet their  families; uniformed YWCA women also work in France and other countries, helping women engage in war efforts, keeping high their morale, and thus helping win the war. Inside page of the Bulletin has nine photographs. Back page of the bulletin contains the names of the Committees and their chair-women, as well as names of all members of the YWCA War Council. In addition, a simplified budget for the Blue Triangle program appears at the back page.
