Full length portrait by Wharton Studio, 119 Fayetteville Street, Raleigh, NC.  Depicts beautiful little girl in distinctive plaid dress coat and lovely hat with feather plume.  Fanny was born 25 December 1887 in Raleigh, NC, to parents Charles Earl JOHNSON and Mary Ellis Wilson JOHNSON.  She married Meares HARRISS of Wilmington sometime prior to 1915 and they had two children, Meares HARRISS, Jr., and Charles Johnson HARRISS.  Fanny died 15 January 1919 in Raleigh, NC, and is buried in Oakdale Cemetery in Wilmington.  Four addition items accompany the original cabinet card - three sheets providing genealogical information on the JOHNSON and HARRIS families and the fourth sheet is a printout of a digital copy of the cabinet card with a digital copy of Fanny's wedding portrait, the original of which we do not own and that was located by a genealogist through Ancestry online."},{"label":"Digital Characteristics","value":"1 page"},{"label":"Format","value":["Finding aids"]},{"label":"Rights","value":"The SA of NC considers this item in the public domain by U.S. law but responsibility for permissions rests with researchers."},{"label":"Source Collections","value":["Fannie Hines Johnson Cabinet Card.
