Patients as well as family members and visitors can check out videos, books, tapes, and periodicals.  The library has an extensive collection of medical journals and material on a vast array of health issues.  In addition, the library maintains a series of scrapbooks assembled by the Alamance-Caswell Medical Society Alliance Auxiliary, a group comprised of the spouses of Caswell County and Alamance County physicians.  These scrapbooks contain photos and biographies of nearly all the doctors known to have practiced in the area since 1950 and contain a fair number of entries for doctors who practiced much earlier.
