Mike Easley reappointed Glenn E. Ketner, Jr. to the Rowan-Cabarrus Community College Board of Trustees. Ketner has been a member of the Rowan-Cabarrus Community College Board of Trustees since 1994. He is also a member of the Catawba College Board of Trustees. Ketner has extensive experience in the legal profession. In addition to operating his own private practice, Ketner served as counsel for the U.S. Senate Constitutional Rights Subcommittee and as a judge advocate in the United States Air Force.
