Claims a bill previously issued by 'An Elector' is a 'fabrication of falsehood'; that the late James Morrell, Esq. was never a Liberal but a Conservative. Alleges that Morrell nominated Sir H Dashwood to stand for the county and pledged to support him, duty bound as a friend.  Otherwise he would have supported Colonel Fane the Conservative candidate who entered the field later, and whose victory pleased Morrell.
