July 31, 1928  Mr. Francisco Venegas  Guadalajara, Jal. Mexico  Very esteemed brother:  Your letter of the 24th of the present month is in my possession, of which I have the pleasure of  referring to.  I am aware of what you say regarding the merchandise. And seeing that you do not mind taking  care of this, it works out so much better for me. Of course, take note of what hardware items are  there and this way it will be easier to deal with those to whom I owe; these being the most  preferable. Although, if there are other merchants that would like to buy everything, it would be  better. But I believe that right now this is not very likely.  One of my creditors is the Casa Paulsen and another is Solórzano but the former I hope Lebre,  with whom I am now communicating, will settle it [the debt].  I hope my mother continues doing well, and that my dad finds himself without problems. And I  wish you happiness in your new address.  Your brother  Miguel  P.S.
