Mary, Rosario and Ruth were the daughters of Isidore B. and Gertrude Reeve Dockweiler. Rosario married Marcus Crahan, and Ruth married Quinn Brady. Mary was a prominent Los Angeles socialite, also very active in such charitable causes as the Los Angeles Orphanage Guild. She married twice, first to lawyer William Kenyon Young (1900-1962), son of a major California Democrat Milton K.
