We haven't yet gone to see Soledad because the boys are not very well as I already told you, and  also because the trip is a bit long. For now I am thinking of going alone, and then later when  everyone is well, I will take the whole family.  Yesterday we went to El Monte to see Father Torrez and he gave me news of the \"Other One\"  having seen a letter from G.L. [Miguel Gomez Loza] dated the 25th of last month in that  region.30  You will all soon receive a letter from Lola saying that she is very comfortable here for many  reasons; perhaps one of them is the ease of cooking, for here it suffices to only turn a knob and  light a match to have fire whenever one wishes, leaving the food to cook alone without worry  [vs. wood or charcoal stoves].  Nevertheless, she barely has enough time because she is washing all day long; here the clothes  quickly get dirty due to the fallout of black dust produced everywhere by the gasoline and oil  that cars burn, the cars are so numerous that they estimate one per each inhabitant. Furthermore  the boys get dirty like the devil because we have a very large dusty yard. On the other hand we  are comfortable here because we have the company of one of the nuns that is the sister of G.L.  Also living here is Don Salvador Ruiz and my compadre Federico, for the house is very big and  has a second floor.  Whenever Guillermo sees a train he right away cries because he wants to go see his mamá Julia  and Lupita and he remembers all of you.  The tricycles cost $60.00 both and I believe it would be good if they could be sold for half; I  believe Lola was offered 15 pesos for one, but if they do offer, please let me know how much.
