In the last few days I received a letter from Favier regarding the amount that I owe them and I  answered proposing an agreement, that my proxy will discuss with them, to accept Antonio's  house [as payment] towards the account that amounts to a little more than $3,500.  I already answered them, and I repeat, indicating that in any case it is for them a more beneficial  transaction than if they were to take another road such as asking for my bankruptcy because then  the percentage of what would come to them would be less.  I had already written to Mercantil asking them to extend the embargo of Antonio's house, as well  as the landed property of Rancho Viejo.
