Esteemed brother:  It's not because of too much work but rather the lack of it that made me not answer your letter  dated the 17th of February. In fact I have been thinking and mulling over the situation and trying  to collect debts owed by some of my clients since now that sales are so bad and before I knew it  much time had passed by even though I had wanted to write to you each day.  You tell me the Gonzalez gentlemen now have in their possession the document that I sent you  for them: (thank you very much).  You also tell me that you were sick, I hope you are now in perfect health, let me tell you that  when I get that way I right away take an enema, also I ordinarily eat plenty of vegetables and for  meat only chicken or fresh fish, because we never eat of any other. As a preference try to eat  spinach, peas, carrots, and plenty of sliced fresh tomatoes and lettuce, as well as fruit cooked  with sugar like pears or good apples, this would also be good for mom. I say this because I  remember that you, like myself had difficulties with the stomach. I now do not drink any  coffee whatsoever and the doctors here urge one to drink at least six glasses of water. This way  you maintain good health. Nothing of liquor, nothing of tobacco or coffee, as a result of this my  good health has returned. We don’t use meat or fried food in our meals.
