My dear parents:  This is to notify you that we have a little girl who arrived last night and she as well as Lola are in  good health and they both send you an affectionate greeting.  We are impatient for news from all of you for it seems that a long time has transpired without  letters and we always watch with sadness when the mailman passes by without leaving anything  from you.  I already answered Francisco telling him that I did receive the document he mentioned and that I  returned it immediately; he told me he had not received it yet, now I see the benefit of sending it  by certified mail.  I include a letter from that person who lives at the ranch, I have not answered it. I now see that  the intention of those persons is to possess all of that without paying anything, not even for the  taxes. Would to god another person could be placed in charge who would be disinterested from  that entangled affair.
