In 1941, the farm was advertised as owning 1,000 alligators. The farm operated in Lincoln Park from 1907 to 1953, when the Alligator Farm was moved to Buena Park. After low attendance in the early 1980s, the farm in Buena Park closed."},{"label":"Transcription","value":"On back: \"On the road of a thousand wonders\""},{"label":"Language","value":"eng"},{"label":"Publisher","value":"San Francisco, Los Angeles: Cardinell-Vicent Co."},{"label":"Type","value":["Postcards"]},{"label":"Digital Identifier","value":"LML_MS-042-003780001"},{"label":"Object Identifier","value":"LML_MS-042-00378"},{"label":"Geographic Location","value":"Lincoln Park (Los Angeles, Calif.)"},{"label":"Subject","value":"Alligator farming--California--Los Angeles; Alligators; Tourists;"},{"label":"Title","value":"Scene in the California Alligator Farm, Los Angeles, California"},{"label":"Date Range","value":"circa 1910"},{"label":"Source","value":"Department of Archives and Special Collections, William H.
