One will notice the lock that hangs from her necklace which was given to her in Heaven. She holds an orchid branch with both of her hands. She wears a pearled crown and her hair is pulled up in a coiffure style. Some of her hair drapes onto her shoulders. The intricate detail and slenderness of the sculpture dates the object to the late Qing Dynasty (Kuang-hsu period). The object was meant to be seen from all sides because detail is carved on the back as well as the front of the figure.
