And yes, I did the embossing--Colophon. ; Many years ago my friend, Charlotte Murray, and I came up with the idea for an artist book called 'Once in a Blue Moon' ... she finished an elegant little book of photographs entitled 'Once'--Colophon of John Hastings' 'Blue Moon?'. ; Four signatures hand-sewn into a paper wrapper, with either end attached to 2-ply acid-free board. The front cover features a cut-out illustration of a blue moon, and the title page features the embossed title. Photos in mounting corners incorporate in various ways the blue moon, through signs, objects, diagrams, and the moon itself.
