Ebenezer Parkman. The sermon number is MLXXXI (1081). <br /><br /> \n\nThe sermon was repeated on April 13, 1777, \"with various alterations and additions according to the Occasion, that is, the Smallpox being among us.  Mr. Andrews sick of it, and Several inoculated there – also 43 at Mr. Tainters inoculated, among which were my two Daughters, Sophy and Hannah now broke out.  Other persons are also designing to go in to the same Hospital.”  Repeated July 4, 1780, “at the Widow Newtons, at the distressing   Time of raising 29 men more for the War.\" <br /><br /> \n\nOn page 6 Parkman writes \"Yet are we still under His Sore and terrible Judgments.  [Not only is the Calamity of War protracted, but in the Southern Governments it is exceedingly distressing, by reason of the Treachery and Cruelty of the Indians which are in very great Numbers, and very Barbarous and Perfidious.
