Although there is no way of telling at this point whether it will prove a success, Peate assures that if these preliminary steps fail the company will examine it and try again. Peate mentions that he has written a \"special letter\" to his friend Richard Brown in the hopes of receiving a donation, and goes on to discuss the mechanics of drafting advertisements and announcements for telescope via newspaper.
